Jesus of the Four Gospels blends the books of Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John into a single source.
To achieve this single reading the author went to the original Koine Greek. From that source Walter Schenck presented a new interpretation in simply, modern English. There are quotation marks, true sentence structures, paragraphs, and the actual Hebrew names of the saints.
When you read Jesus of the Four Gospels it’s like reading a short novel with the added benefit of having a truthful rendition of the Holy Gospels without corruption or interpolations or personal injections or misleading conclusions. A version that any person of any faith can read.
Thus, this is the purest book on the Life of Jesus on the earth!
This poetic and elegance version has the actual words of Jesus and his followers – like a novel. It is not dogmatic or boring. It presents the truths of Jesus’ wisdom and the life he lived as recorded in the Four Gospels rendered as a complete testimony. This rendering is far superior to the International Version, to the New Revised Standard, as well as the others. Once reading it, you will agree that it is a majestic, wonderfully rendered book that was innocently brought to the world inside the heavenly mists of spiritual grandeur.
With the guidance of the Holy Spirit the author was able to realize the accurate placement of the synoptic gospels in relationship to the gospel events. Moreover, this is only version of the Gospels that can be successfully distributed and read in the Chinese market as well as the Middle Eastern nations as well as in any denomination.
It presents a natural reading with the full power of the blessings of the Christ upon the reader. His eternal light radiates brilliantly within the pages of these renderings.
From the Author
I must confess, this little book of mine made quite a profound change in my life. Who would have thought that in order to combine the Four Gospels into a single storyline, to publish it as though it were a novel, without prejudice or worldly influence, I would have to spend years and years in deep study of nearly everything related to Christ? The book came directly from the Koine Greek, which was presented as a new English Translation.
My goal was to publish a book that would not burden the reader with personal thoughts or verbiage of this and that. I simply wanted the words of Mark, Luke, Matthew, and John to speak to reader as if the four writers had taken apart a single book, made it theirs, and then patiently wait for someone in the future to put it all back together.
Many times, in the midst of a soft midnight, I felt a wonderful presence guiding my pen to the paper to do that very task. Certainly there were difficult words that required consulting and messages that called on spiritual insights to understand what the saints were saying, and through years of study, I came to understand the gospels remarkably well. So much so, I went on to write The Final Comparative of the Synoptic Gospels and Shiloh, Unveiled.
But this particular book, Jesus of the Four Gospels, is the one book that I hope everyone on the face of the earth selects as a companion reader to the Bible. It does have a friend – The Handbook of Jesus’ Parables – that really does need to belong alongside the Bible.
May the buyer find the essence of their souls in the context of true belief. May the Grand Creator open the hearts of the reader to act on this purchase. May the power of the light of Jesus conquer the hesitant heart with an impregnation of righteousness so all their strivings and disbeliefs may end.
Thank You, Walter
